Based in Penden North West Cornwall, Grenfells Cottage is a family owned, dog friendly, peaceful escape in the heart of the celtic art scene, where you will be surrounded by a wealth of culture and traditions. Dating back to early Victorian times, this traditional granite cottage has recently been renovated to provide a comfortable and surprisingly spacious family holiday home, complete with cosy period interior.
I worked with Morwenna on their website, and it was an absolute pleasure, as it was great that Morwenna had an image of what the site should look and feel like, and we took our time putting it together, sort of feeling our way through it so it felt right and matched the cottage's relaxed and friendly interior.
The site uses great photography, is packed with information and events about the area, and uses an online booking application to allow visitors to see in real time when the cottage is available, and the costs for that time too. There great use of feedback from previous customers, and Morwenna being a social media expert makes great use of twitter and facebook to market the cottage online.
The site is also fully responsive and so works on all devices, and has a easily manageable cms attached to it, so that Morwenna can update most of the pages herself.
I'm very pleased to have such nice people as clients too, worked out very well.
Basically it is one website that is crafted to be the most enjoyable experience on different devices, such as mobiles, tablets, laptops and pc's. The website re-arranges itself depending on the width of the device its being viewed on.
"From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful and professional. I've felt that I could make many suggestions to the way I felt the website to look and Lee made it happen, with ease. The dynamics when keeping in contact really worked, replying within a 24 hour period, which I thought was wonderful as many people don't do this. I was more than confident that this website was going to look fantastic and it does, I can't thank Lee enough and I'm looking forward to working with him again."
